Objectives

At the end of the training course delegates will:

  • Know how to increase trust and rapport with others and know when it is useful to do so
  • Ask better question to be able to elicit better information in any setting
  • Develop ‘core beliefs’ that will give them more genuine choice in any situation.
  • Use timeline techniques that will enable them to plan and develop new courses of action and more successfully implement those plans
  • Model strategies, skills and attitudes from high performers
  • Have a plan to continue their learning after the course finishes

Evening sessions

1:1 sessions

Michael is available for a number individual 45 minute 1:1 sessions in the evening to answer questions and help with opportunities and challenges. The investment for these is included in the course fees.

CoachingCloud Platform

Michael will also run evening sessions on the CoachingCloud coaching and mentoring platform. This provides an effective platform for working on your end goals after the course has been completed.
